As candidates complete the units outlined in their Plans, an e-portfolio of evidence is accumulated which provides documentary evidence of the candidate's achievements as they work toward completing their ITQ. But, SkilSure® is much more than a simple e-portfolio system: it is a complete solution for facilitating and managing ITQs.
Since e-portfolios can be accessed by assessors and verifiers from remote locations, the assessment process is expedited. The integrity of the assessment process and the relationship with the candidate is maintained while using the assessors' and verifiers' time more efficiently.
SkilSure®'s ITQ is so flexible that relevant evidence from a candidate's portfolio, initially accepted in support of one unit of qualification, can be used again in support of other relevant units. This makes for a shorter, more efficient development path for candidates.
